Refund policy

To ensure the best service, and because our products are delicate and breakable, we guarantee secure and careful packaging. Upon delivery, the product should be inspected in the presence of the shipping representative.

No exchanges or returns are allowed unless the item arrives damaged. In such a case, we will either replace the product or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

ولا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع لأي قطعة إلا في حالة وصول المنتج تالف في هذه الحالة نقوم باستبداله او استرجاع قيمة المنتج في حالة عدم وجود قطع أخرى متوفرة من المنتج.
